Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mung beans (soaked 2–3 hours)
- Water, 1.2 L
- Fresh mint leaves, a small handful
- Honey or rock sugar to taste (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Cook soaked mung beans with water until soft (25–30 min).
- Sweeten lightly if desired; add a pinch of salt.
- Cool, chill, and add mint leaves before serving.
